Have you lost your KorriGo card? Do not panic...

  • If your KorriGo services card is lost or stolen, it must be blocked so that no one can use it on your behalf.
  • Replenishing the transport tickets remaining on your lost card is only possible if you had a registered KorriGo card.
  • You will be charged 8€ for replenishing your KorriGo card.

 How to do ?

  • To renew your KorriGo card and find your transport tickets, you must go to an agency of the trnasport network which created your card (the reconstitution of a new card is not available online.

NOTE : If you had loaded trnasport tickets froma several KorriGo card user networks onto your lost card, you will need to return to each of the networks with your new KorriGo card to reload the ticketspresent on your old card.
